2018-12-05 15:40 – Technician is dispatched to site for troubleshooting.
2018-12-05 16:00 – Measurements done on one site, awaiting technician to pickup keys for access to other side. ETA 17:00 for pickup of keys.
2018-12-05 19:00 – Technician en route to location of suspected fiber cut.
2018-12-05 20:32 – Technician on site. Trying to locate fiber cut.
2018-12-05 23:00 – No dig site has been found on the fiber path. Still troubleshooting where the fault is located.
