Cause of disturbance: Under investigation
Current progress report:
2019-02-10 15:00 – Alarm raised, troubleshooting is ongoing.
2019-02-10 15:15 – Possible network disturbance in sub providers network. Troubleshooting ongoing.
2019-02-10 15:30 – Escalated to Third line. No fault in sub providers network. Troubleshooting ongoing.
2019-02-10 16:10 – Spare parts ordered and Technician ordered. ETA for Spare is 2019-02-10 22:00
2019-02-10 17:45 – Spare part has been picked up by courier and are now headed to the site ETA is 2019-02-10 23:30.
2019-02-10 23:00 – Spare parts have been handed to our technician that is heading over the bridge to Denmark to install the component.

2019-02-11 00:35 – Technician have changed the optics on the Denmark side. However some issues did occur and error counters started to show an increase. So we will replace the hardware on the Malmö side of the fiber as well.
2019-02-11 01:25 – Technicians have replaced hardware in Malmö and all services should be up.
