2019-03-04 08:13 Alarms raised troubleshooting is ongoing.
2019-03-04 08:40 – Escalated to third line technicians, troubleshooting is ongoing.
2019-03-04 09:08 – Some changes made, monitoring ongoing.
2019-03-04 09:38 – Still ongoing flaps, field technician is on site and assisting our third line in their troubleshooting.
2019-03-04 09:50 – Further changes made to isolate the issue. Around half the alarms have cleared, Troubleshooting is still ongoing.
2019-03-04 10:20 – Incident has been highly escalated within IP-Only, more Third line technicians is now engaged in the incident. Troubleshooting ongoing.
2019-03-04 10:50 – Troubleshooting continues, ETR set to 2019-03-04 13:00
2019-03-04 11:00 – Some changes made and almost all alarms have cleared. All technicians is still engaged and monitoring.
2019-03-04 11:22 – Last port we closed earlier have now been enabled again, more alarms cleared after that. Still a few individual customer circuits down and they are looked at by our technicians.
2019-03-04 11:50 – Incident was resolved at 11:22, remaining alarms will be handled individually with the affected customers. IP-Only NOC will continue to monitor for a while, filed technician and our third line will also monitor. If your service is still down please contact our service desk.
